Equity futures are down modestly but well off their session lows, which saw the futures nearly down about 1% on heavy turnover. Oil prices are back up again this morning, the Fed meeting starts today.
Mixed market so far as the STOXX fell slightly, down .1% led by drops in France and Germany. The FTSE was higher by .1%, dollar index flat. Crude oil is strong again, up 3% on heavy volume but gold and silver are barely higher. German bund yields are higher by 1bp but 10 yr US treasury yields down the same. In Asia we had Japan off .1%, Hong Kong up the same but Shanghai down .9%.
